Return Policy
This return policy applies to all the users of Grill4Us. Please keep in mind that our suppliers may also have a return policy. We recommend that you also read through their return policy.
After-sales issues
All return and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the customer has received the items. If this period exceeds, Grill4Us reserves the right not to provide any after-sales services.
Wrong Address
We will not be liable for missing items due to customers providing the wrong shipping address. However, if the courier considers the provided address insufficient, the items will be returned to our supplier, and you will be liable for any reshipment costs.
Defective Products
You should immediately file a complaint request if you receive a damaged, wrong, or not-as-described package. This request should include a photo or video proof clearly indicating the package’s problem. If the supplier approves your proof, you will receive a prepaid return label within 3 – 4 business days. Once the supplier receives the returned package, a new item will be shipped to you. However, if the item is out of stock, the supplier reserves the right to issue a refund.
Unarrived Package
If you didn’t receive the package ten days after the estimated delivery time, you may apply for a refund. We will send the refund request to the supplier as soon as we receive it. Our suppliers usually refund in 3 – 5 business days.
